Conference Guidelines
Your experience is important to us! Here are some basic guidelines that will ensure a comfortable, safe and seamless conference experience.
Code of Conduct
We expect all our participants, attendees, sponsors and team to follow a respectful code of conduct
- Be considerate and respectful of all community members
- Refrain from demeaning, discriminatory, harassing behavior, materials, and speech
- If you observe any misconduct, please speak up and inform an organizing team member
- Do not record any content being presented at the conference
- Do not record or take photos of any person without their consent
We believe in leaving behind no plastic waste and hence we request you to carry your own bottle of water. Water refill points will be installed at the venue for you to refill your bottle.
Talks and Presentations
These guidelines apply if you are speaking at the ERPNext Conference 2022.
- The topic of your presentation must only be related to Frappe Framework, ERPNext, or Open Source.
- Please make sure that your talk does not include:
- Unparliamentary language
- Discussion or portrayal of violence
- Obscenity
- Religions, political or communal agendas
- Promotions for 3rd party products or services
- Once you register as a speaker, your topics and presentations need to be shared (via email) with Frappe by the 5th of September.
- A mock will be scheduled between 6th-7th of September where you will be able to practice and present your talk.
- We strive to bring you the best talks at the ERPNext Conference, for this reason, all talk/presentation entries will be reviewed by Frappe and selected ones will be invited to present on the main days of the ERPNext Conference 2022
- Without confirmation from the Frappe team by 7th September, no talk will be permitted during the conference
- All communications including the presentation order, date and time will be shared via email.
- Please be present at the presentation venue at least 15 minutes prior to your talk so that you have enough time to set up your presentation
- Each speaker will have 20 minutes to present including a 5-minute Q&A session at the end.
Attendees
- You can checkout the venue and some stay options here.
- The complete schedule for the conference will be put up by 14th September.
- To avoid distractions and disturbances, please keep your phones silent and maintain discipline during talks
- ERPNext conference is a space to connect and we encourage interactions in common areas that do not disturb any ongoing talks.
Conference pass
- One conference pass includes:
- Morning tea, lunch, and evening tea for all 3 days of the conference
- Dinner for the 23rd of September
- When you register for the conference, you will receive an email within a few minutes with a confirmation and details of the Conference.
- On a request for cancellation of pass till 22nd August, full refund would be available. Post this date no refund will be provided.

- The last date to apply for sponsorship is 14th September 2022.
